What you can do
- Choose a cube, a cuboid, a regular triangular, pentagonal or hexagonal prism, an oblique prism, a tetrahedron or a regular square pyramid.
- Add up to three planes (three points each) and five lines (two points each), with points anywhere on an edge or at halves, thirds or quarters.
- The app shows each section's shape and exact area in terms of a², each line's length inside the solid, and where lines and planes meet.
- Rotate the solid by dragging or with the arrow keys and zoom in or out; hidden edges and hidden parts of a section are dashed.
- Change the colour of any line or plane and save the view as a PNG with a white or transparent background.
